I just found out my university royally d*cked me over because they never told me my financial awards from them are only good for 4 years. Besides speaking to my school's Dean for my financial advisor's lack of communication skills, I am wanting to know what are some good grants or scholarships that anyone knows that can give away money on "emergency" based need (e.g. where I was unable to apply for their grant/scholarship by their deadline [like June] because then I had no idea I would be short on money, and now I just found out so I'd need money right away).
