Can i still receieve financial aid grants if i get a student loan?

A already am recieving some financial aid, but i owe a semester which is like 4,000. Im moving out of my apartment bc my job doesnt pay enough and i cant afford it, plus im 4,000 deep with bills. I wanted to apply for a student loan to pay some stuff off but i need the grants. Will i still be able to recieve the FASFA? but will i get it after i get the student loan still?
