Where can I find a grant/scholarship for graduate school in music at this late date?

I was accepted into a top ranked music school in Michigan to earn my doctorate. Due to a glitch the $9000 I was awarded is no long available. What are some other sources of funding? Loans are not an option. I've seen lots of grants but they're all either for undergrad, not in my field, or just tied to a particular University.
