Governement grants/ scholarships for military spouses?

Hi my name is Casi and I have been wanting to go to school for criminal justice. I have a few online schools picked out. However I cannot at this time pay for schooling and it is holding me back from my dream. Please anyone who can help with this. Websites that give lists of different government grants ect. Or exact websites that I can go to for filing for a government grant or a scholarship. I am a military wife married to an active duty army man and I currently reside in texas.

1. Your first stop is FAFSA.GOV. Fill that out, and then call the school to speak with a counselor. You can make this happen!
2. You can go to a university and ask to speak to someone that deals with v.a. benefits. They have counselors that do only that. I wish you luck. In my case I couldn't get help until my husband was 100% permanent and total disabled from combat. It may have changed now though.
