Can a 17 year old girl work more than one part-time job in Texas?

My younger sister will be 17 this coming summer (2010) and we'll both be enrolled in college. But during the summer time while we're not at school, we'll be short about 700 dollars a month and we'll both need to pick up an additional part-time job. I just need to know if my sister will be able to get another job to help cover rental/other costs, or if I need to find some other way to cover the costs. (We have already exhausted all other routes like scholarships, grants, student loans, etc...)

1. She will be allowed another part-time job, there are no restrictions for this once you have reached the age of 16 in Texas.
