What are some grants / scholarships / loans a person can get on an emergency ASAP need?

I just found out my university royally d*cked me over because they never told me my financial awards from them are only good for 4 years. Besides speaking to my school's Dean for my financial advisor's lack of communication skills, I am wanting to know what are some good grants or scholarships that anyone knows that can give away money on "emergency" based need (e.g. where I was unable to apply for their grant/scholarship by their deadline [like June] because then I had no idea I would be short on money, and now I just found out so I'd need money right away). I already have too many loans on my parents' names (PLUS loans) from banks, and I am uneligible for loans in copious amounts from banks under my name since I have no credit history.

1. Deadlines are the issue here. Most financial aid program deadlines have already passed. You could try a private student loan and have your parents act as a co-signor since you have no credit history. Since there are no deadlines for them you can apply anytime. There are a couple of places you might try... Chase Bank has a private student loan option, http://www.usadegrees.com/chase/ use the online application as it goes to a different center than if you call. The inbound call center people are good, but you'll do better by dealing with the online group they really seem to be on the ball. There is an easy online request form that doesn't require personal info.
