Grants and Scholarships

Scholarships and grants for study abroad and such?

I am an English/Philosophy Major with an interest in Modern Foreign Language (Arabic, Japanese, etc.). Currently, I am a Sophomore attending Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, Georgia - My GPA is in the low threes. I am curious as to what options are available to me (grants, scholarships, etc.)... I am very interested in studying abroad to improve my language skills. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
