How To Find Grants/Scholarships for PhD?

I am interested in pursuing a PhD part-time through an online program. Does anyone know how to find scholarships or grants to finance a PhD as a part-time student? I have a great from the GPA from my undergraduate (3.95) and graduate (4.0) degrees. I also am a women and a minority. Any assistance would help!
