Are there college scholarships available for students born with club feet?

My son was born with a club foot. I was told by a nurse in his doctors office that there are college scholarships available for him when the time came. He is a high school senior and we are college shopping. Unfortunately, the doctor closed his office and I have no way of contacting that nurse now that I need to. Do anyone have any experience with this?
