Grants and Scholarships

Are there grants or scholarships provided for private instrumental lessons?

A violin teacher that I've been wanting to take lessons from for about a year has offered me lessons, but she charges $60 an hour, which is a bit out of my price range, are there grants or scholarships I could apply for to get money for this, given that I am 16 and this is for a private lesson?

1. Check around for any music clubs. Check for them at music stores and schools. They might be able to help.
