How do I apply for grants, scholarships, etc. While Home schooled?

How do you apply while being homeschooled? What proof do you need and what grants, etc. are recommended for children who are homeschooled? What specifically do I need in order to get help for the children I homeschool, who want to attend college, university?

2. Home school students apply for aid the same way as all college bound students apply, by completing the FAFSA at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov. One of the questions on the FAFSA is will you have a high school diploma...that answer depends on the state requirements for home school students. However, the aid process is no different.
