Grants and Scholarships

I'm returning to university and interested in PRIVATE grants, scholarships. Any info anyone?

I don't want to go the Student Loan route. I'm also looking online for private grants and scholarships. I live in Louisiana and plan to attend school there as well. My intended major is English (focus on creative writing). If anyone knows of any private benefactors or charitable foundations who fund higher education, please let me know. Thank You!

2. Most college financial aid offices have a list of private scholarships listed on their websites. High school guidance offices are another source. The final source is using the free membership college scholarship search engines. I have listed some below.
