federal grants and scholarships PLEASE HELP?

Hi there, i just get into the Swau university in Texas,I'm in the level 2 of ESL program, i get a federal grant from Fafsa online but it not be enough, because after math i still need to pay about $2500 that is a lot !!! of money for me... even if i start to work(i already aplly)(i'm not lazy)in the university(i can't work to much hours because the schedule)(low salary around 7 per hour) in the university i wont be able to pay that money. I hear that the student can aplly for more than 1 federal aid and scholarship PLEASE!!!! if somebody help me will be great and God will bless that person. I dont understand the system, if the goverment gave me money is because i dont have it...so why i still to pay more money to the university if i dont have none...!!!! THANK VERY MUCH!!!!! bye.
