Grants and Scholarships

Are small business grants available for those who work for free?

I work in a Christian Church Ministry program, and I'm wondering if we are qualified for any Small Business Grants. Suffice to say we run a bilingual dance program, if that makes sense. We have facilities, workers and leaders. We go from place to place performing. We're doing alright, but I'd like to see our Ministry/Business expand.
