Can my race get me any college scholarships?

I am half Caucasian and half Indian(from India) My mom is basically full Caucasian My dad is basically full Indian(from India) Are there any free scholarships for my race because I heard that Indians get free money for college?

1. no. plus you have to apply for scholorships, but Indian doesn't have many scholorships because its not considered a miniority.
